What the court heard
She was found guilty of murder in Newham, east London, on 17 June 2019. She had left her 42-year-old husband for her 25-year-old co-defendant and was having a relationship with both men when she suggested they meet and fight in an alleyway. She knew her lover had a reputation for violence when he went to the meeting armed with a knife. He stabbed their 42-year-old victim multiple times. Her victim suffered 35 stab wounds and died at the scene.
