What the court heard
He pleaded guilty to murder in Leicester, Leicestershire, on 8 October 2019. He had separated from his partner and was angry that she had started a new relationship when he went to her home. He attacked his former partner in her home punching her repeatedly before stabbing her multiple times. His 32-year-old victim died at the scene.
