What the court heard
She was found guilty of manslaughter and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk, on 5 August 2019. She pushed her 60-year-old friend down the stairs during a row (over a £200 debt). Her victim suffered a head injury and died in hospital on 7 August 2019. The court heard that she has seven previous convictions for offences including arson with intent to endanger life for which she received a 10-year sentence in 2010. The judge said: "It should have been blindingly obvious to you that pushing someone backwards down stairs was high risk"
