What the court heard
He was found guilty of murder in east Finchley, London, on 15 September 2016. He was armed with a Smith and Wesson .44 revolver when he entered his victims home. His intended target was not at the property. He shot his 21-year-old male victim once to the head at point blank range as he slept on a mattress on the floor. He then shot his 53-year-old female victim once to the chest as she came out of her bedroom to investigate the noise. The court heard that he had targeted the property in order to carry out a revenge attack after footage of him being attacked was shared on Snapchat by a rival gang. The judge said: "Whatever the motive, you murdered two entirely innocent people. Your cold, callous and brutal murders of two people has not only cut short their lives but ruined the lives of many."
