What the court heard
He was found guilty of murder in Cwmffrwd, Carmarthenshire, on 27 January 2020. He had discovered his wife was having an affair with his friend when he used her phone to lure him to a meeting at his secluded farm. He shot his 55-year-old victim with a .22 Colt rifle. His victim died at the scene. He later moved and burnt his victims body. The court heard that his victims body has never been found. The judge said: "I have no doubt that you felt betrayed by your wife and a man who you had known for twenty-five years. You ... enticed him to your farm where you carried out the killing"
