What the court heard
He was found guilty of murder in HMP Full Sutton in York, North Yorkshire, on 13 October 2019. The judge said: "You are a psychopath and derive pleasure from fantasising about raping, torturing, killing and even eating others... You did this for your own pleasure ... You did not just kill him. You bound him and raped him. You strangled him ... You stabbed him in the neck... This case involves sadistic conduct... you committed murder in cold blood."
