What the court heard
He pleaded guilty to murder in Ammanford, Carmarthenshire, on 8 September 2022. The judge said: said: "[Y]ou brutally murdered your own brother... he frantically tried to escape your savage knife attack, you followed him in to the garden where you butchered him... simply because you were jealous of him... There are clearly mental health issues here and I take them into account."
