What the court heard
He pleaded guilty to encouraging the rape of a child aged under 13-years-old, attempting to cause a child aged under 16-years-old to engage in sexual activity, publishing an obscene article and making, possessing and distributing indecent images of children in Bolton, Greater Manchester, between December 2021 and June 2023. He made £5,000 selling indecent images of children he had generated using an AI computer programme and photographs of real children.
